Groupe Legendre chooses SONEKA as its Asset Management solution

📢 Groupe Legendre has chosen SONEKA as its Asset Management solution. 

Or, to be more precise, Immobilière 3L, the real estate company that manages Groupe Legendre's real estate assets.

Groupe Legendre has always placed investment at the heart of its strategy.

Through its real estate companies (I3L, LEGINVEST and MABILAY), Groupe Legendre and its associates manage a real estate portfolio of 102 sites comprising hotels, housing, logistics, retail and industrial buildings, with a total surface area of 465,700 m². 

Our team is working closely with Groupe Legendre and FCA Consulting teams to integrate SONEKA into their information systems.

We are convinced that this collaboration will help them to manage their assets. 💪
