When did you first cross paths with SONEKA?

I met the SONEKA teams back in 2018.

The project was still in its infancy.

But I immediately embraced the project because I understood that there was great potential in optimizing data and simplifying business plans.

And I was able to test the tool personally from 2019 with a rollout across 4 assets for a new model we came home with.

What was your reaction when you learned that Épopée Gestion whom you joined last year, had just chosen SONEKA?

I was both reassured and very satisfied, since I've been using the tool since 2019.

It has become a benchmark tool in the marketplace, and many asset managers use it.

So no surprises there.

And for me, it really made it easier to take up my new post by deploying the tool in the first few months and making data more reliable, and we can also automate reporting.

How do you use SONEKA on a daily basis?

Today, I use SONEKA for several reasons.

I use it on a daily basis to model new deals, marketing, lease negotiations, to test hypotheses, to model the impact of CapEx on business plans.

We also use it regularly to update cash flows and business plans.

I also use SONEKA a lot to share data, and open up access to people, both internal and external: this can be auditors, accountants, or even real estate experts who can then collect data, rental statements, budgets, building and CapEx plans.

I don't have to handle too many Excel files. It simplifies my life.

I also use SONEKA for quarterly appraisal management. It allows me to follow the evolution of values, and can make consistency checks.‍

How do you get on with the SONEKA team?

I'm very satisfied with our relationship with SONEKA.

It's important to stress that there has been no loss of quality with the team since I started working with SONEKA in 2019.

We've got a lot going on, and we're always ready to listen to our issues and needs in terms of functionality.
